Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which viralop holds its international operational licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant arbitration authority specified in our dispute resolution procedure. viralop does not make specific licensing claims under any Bangladeshi government regulatory body and operates as an internationally licensed platform accessible in Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of viralop to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.

Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. viralop may request supporting documentation at any stage — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or as part of an ongoing account review. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent bKash or Nagad statement, utility bill, or bank statement for address and payment verification. Where a name mismatch is identified, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until the discrepancy is resolved.

Any transaction charges levied by the mobile money network provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are disclosed in the cashier before the withdrawal is confirmed. As a registered player on viralop, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that you are acting as a principal and not as an agent for any other person. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
viralop reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
viralop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent or unlawful activity has taken place, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach, viralop may withhold any balance held on the account pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Players may voluntarily close their viralop account at any time by submitting a written closure request to support@viralop.app or through the account settings section of the dashboard. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, viralop will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Once an account is closed, any pending bonus offers or loyalty points associated with the account will be voided.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling rather than permanently closing their account may use the self-exclusion and cooling-off tools available in their account dashboard. A temporary self-exclusion suspends access for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) without permanently closing the account. Reactivation After Self-Exclusion: Following the expiry of a self-exclusion period, your account will not be automatically reactivated. You must contact the viralop support team and complete a reactivation process, which includes a brief responsible gaming check. This cool-down step is intentional — it ensures that reactivation is a deliberate, informed decision rather than an impulsive one made immediately after the exclusion period ends.
Real-money balances are returned within 5 business days upon voluntary closure. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements are voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viralop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform or any of its systems; (c) any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity; (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or (e) any decision made by you in reliance on information published on the platform.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, viralop's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of that jurisdiction. In all cases, the total aggregate liability of viralop to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Technical Errors & Void Bets: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or any system failure that affects the outcome of a bet or casino game round, viralop reserves the right to declare the affected bet or round void and return the original stake to the player's account. No additional compensation will be paid in respect of winnings that would have been generated but for the technical error. This policy is applied consistently and without exception.
viralop is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet service interruptions, or device-related issues on the player's end that prevent access to the platform or result in a disconnection during active gameplay. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or an active sports bet, the platform's server-side logs will be used as the definitive record of the game state and bet outcome at the time of disconnection.
